Karina
Acquisitions & New Site ManagerWith nearly 25 years of experience in Early Years, I began my career as an apprentice and progressed through every role within a nursery setting. I hold a Level 4 qualification in Early Years and Management.
One of my many passions in early years is supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and I have found completing specialised SEND qualifications to be incredibly rewarding. My background also includes experience in Early Years acquisitions. This approach even led some of my team members to affectionately refer to me as “Nanny McPhee” during transition periods.
Throughout my career, including my previous leadership roles and my current position as Acquisitions & New Site Manager within the Flower Pots group, I have maintained a supportive and inspiring leadership style.
